The details of a long-awaited deal between Google and the EU are finally out. The agreement requires Google to list three competitors in certain types of search listings, and to agree to other, wide-ranging conditions.
Google recently introduced Keep, a note-taking service you can use to organize things you need to rememberâ€"notes to yourself, to-do or grocery lists, photos of receipts, a wine label or whiteboard and anything else that makes sense to keep on file.
This part of the agreement would at least cover Google's search services for restaurants, finance and shopping. Results from Google News, the Financial Times says, would “merely need to be labelled and separated.â€
