The Maricopa County Superior Court judge in the Jodi Arias case Monday morning denied a motion for mistrial sought by the defense team after a defense witness refused to testify because of alleged death threats.

Jodi stood before the court on May 21 and cried while giving the jury a long list of reasons why she should be given life in prison and not the death penalty.
