It's hard to avoid Marco Rubio this week. He's on the cover of Time magazine with a headline that declares he is "the Republican savior." On Tuesday night, he'll be delivering his party's response to the State of the Union.

Marco Antonio Rubio is the junior United States Senator from Florida and member of the Republican Party. At the age of 39, he is the second youngest current U.S. Senator, being only one week older than Mike Lee of Utah.
