NEW ORLEANS -- In a city known for overindulgence, maybe the largest-ever Mardi Gras float was a little too much.
Nearly a dozen Mardi Gras Indians marched onto Clark Field on Tuesday night, bringing Mardi Gras Day to a close as hundreds of people watched the group compete to see which contender had the best costume as part of the annual Mardi Gras Show.
